- Pick a few activities per month or do them all. I try to do every activity for the month or at least one a day. I feel refreshed and accomplished after checking off the boxes!
- Print and hang it somewhere visible. I keep mine on my mirror in my bedroom so it’s the first thing I see when I wake up. (Fridge, journal, or your office are also good ideas).
