Hey there! I’ve curated the perfect self care planner for those like me who have struggled in the past trying to create a self care routine that 1. Makes YOU feel good and 2. Staying consistent with it.
In this blog post we’ll cover each page:
- How to Navigate
- How to Stay Consistent
- Why Each Section is Important
Tired of feeling stuck in a rut? Feeling like your mental and physical wellness are slipping away? I was there. I’ve tried apps on my phone or journaling mindlessly in my journal and quickly gave both up. This planner helped me stay grounded and committed to bettering my overall mental wellness— & I can’t wait to share it with you.
1. Self Care Checklist

This checklist features daily, weekly, and monthly self care activities. It’s user-friendly organized with boxes to check out for the daily mind & body self care goals. I loved the feelings of seeing a fully checked off paper knowing I did what I needed to better myself.
I tend to cross out the weekly and monthly activities as I get to them when I can. This planner is printable so I’m able to write what I please & differentiate from month to month. This is so important in order to keep track of your progress.
2. Self Reflection Assessment

The next section can be done from week to week or day to day. Even month to month but I prefer to reflect on myself weekly. This way you can see what you’re doing great on and what you might need to put a little more work into!
I enjoy seeing my progress, & even seeing my slip ups. This helps to break down wellness into categories of all aspects of life! I like to break down why I chose what I chose and how I can improve even further.
3. Quarterly Goals

In this section I like to utilize SMART for goal setting. If you’re unfamiliar, SMART stands for:
Specific: Plan effectively with a specific target in mind
Measureable: Track your progress and evaluate
Attainable: Set realistic goals that are achievable
Relevant: Make sure your goal has a purpose
Time: Specify deadlines and monitor progress
Using smart I’m able to set valuable goals that help me in the long run. With this section you can easily list your goals and the reason behind them to promote motivation.
4. Gratitude List
Next, the gratitude list is great for the beginning of your day or the end of the night. Personally, I enjoy filling out this section at the end of my day for that day specifically.
Even if it seems nothing has happened in the day that is to be grateful for, something as simple as a sunny day or time with loved ones can help you to see the good side to everyday.
5. Coloring Page

Lastly, I included a relaxing coloring page. Coloring helps me to clear my mind and release creativity. It’s a great mindfulness practice and can assist you in staying present in the moment & feeling grounded.
I’ve only included one page in this set but even a blank piece of paper can help unlock your imagination & lead you to feeling more peaceful.
You can start using this planner today & quickly upgrade your all around well being. Incorporating this into my routine has been a game changer for my mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
